ST19: Please have your Minnesota Revenue Form ST19 Form completed and available at your booth the day of event.

Gross Revenue Profit Share: All vendors are responsible for providing their own POS system; therefore, festival gross revenue will need to be reported to excelsiorartcrawl@gmail.com  within 48 hours after event.

You will then be sent an invoice for the 10% festival gross revenue profit share. That invoice will need to be paid no later than 7 days from the date of the invoice.
